2023 Tour de France - Stage 15: Les Gets Les Portes du Soleil to Saint-Gervais Mont Blanc.
Another day in the mountains, and some idiot with their cell phone caused a big crash. It’s not supposed to be like this. Sunday Funday is all about simplicity and taking it easy, so I give you this easy cocktail with the name of the mountain they climbed today, Mont Blanc. This is like a creme d’orange and would be perfect on a cold winter night, or perhaps a little aprés ski painkiller!
Mont Blanc
1.5 oz Hendrick’s Gin
1.5 oz Cointreau
1.5 oz Cream
2 splashes of simple syrup
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add all of the ingredients to the shaker.
Close the top and shake for 30 seconds.
Pour into a martini glass through a strainer.
