Magic Meatballs

Writer's picture: Mangia McCannMangia McCann

It's Super Bowl Sunday and I'm here with my easiest recipe ever. This takes very few ingredients and barely any effort. You've likely had these at some point in your life, whether it was at a party or a picnic. While I am also making my Korean Wings, I decided to throw this together (literally) in my crock pot this afternoon. While it is low effort, it still takes some time in a slow cooker for the flavors to meld. I hope you have a great time watching the big game tonight.

Mangia’s Magic Meatballs

  • 2 lbs small premade frozen meatballs

  • 20 oz grape jelly

  • 12 oz chili sauce

  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

Combine the wet ingredients in a slow cooker set on high heat and stir until incorporated.

Add in the meatballs, cover and cook for 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.

Lower the heat to low or warm and continue to cook another hour, stirring every 30 minutes.

Serve immediately or use the hold/warm setting to keep everything warm during your party. ______________________________ Copyright 2025, Brendan McCann, All Rights Reserved.
