Magret de Canard: a steak that looks (and quacks) like a duck!
Magret de Canard involves cooking a duck breast like a steak. The results are absolutely divine.

If you are a sports fanatic, like myself, you know that if you want to see everything you’ll eventually need to subscribe to one or more streaming services. In that I am a fan of both the English Premier League’s Tottenham Hotspur, and the Tour de France, it should come as no surprise that I subscribe to Peacock. I’m not too sure what else they carry, besides SNL and old episodes of The Office, but I’m sure there is a ton of stuff there. In fact, my girls and I have also been watching all of the old Little House on the Prairie episodes - what a throwback!
